The last book i read for fun was Amoung the free and it was the 7th and final book of a series of great books about shadow children that had to fight to survive. Because in this world you could only have 2 kids and after that they would kill the baby.

Protein Supplements Are Often Misused by Athletes, Study Finds

Most athletes use protein supplements, but about only 1 out of 10 use them the right way. Most think they need the boost when in fact they already get enough from there diet. Also these supplements contain illegal drugs in them and the people dont even know about it. Over all athletes need to learn more about what they are putiing into their bodies and if they even need the extra protein.
